By downloading or using Kinto, you agree to these terms of use. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Description
Kinto is a personal finance management app that lets you:
- Scan and analyze receipts using artificial intelligence (Anthropic)
- Track your spending and income by category
- Set and manage monthly budgets
- Create and track savings goals
By using the scan feature, you explicitly consent to the secure processing of your images by our subprocessors (Anthropic) for the app's exclusive purposes.
The app is available in guest mode (local data) or with an account (cloud sync).
2. User Account
- Creating an account is entirely optional. Kinto works without registration.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- Only one account per person is allowed.
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
3. Premium Subscription
3.1 Available Plans
- Monthly: €2.99 / month
- Yearly: €19.99 / year (save 44%)
3.2 Premium Benefits
- Unlimited receipt scans (vs 5/month on the free plan)
- Advanced analytics and detailed charts
- Unlimited savings goals (vs 3 on the free plan)
- CSV data export
- Priority support
- Access to all future features
3.3 Billing and Renewal
- Subscriptions are managed via the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Renewal is automatic unless cancelled at least 24h before the end of the period.
- Prices may vary depending on your region and local currency.
- No partial refunds for unused periods, except where legally required.
3.4 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your App Store or Google Play account settings. Premium access remains active until the end of the paid period.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for illegal or fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to bypass security or authentication systems
- Scan receipts belonging to other people without their consent
- Use the app to launder income or conceal illegal activities
- Resell, redistribute or reproduce the app
5. Accuracy of Financial Data
Kinto is a personal management aid tool. The data displayed depends on the information you enter. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI analysis on receipts. The app does not constitute financial, tax or legal advice.
6. Intellectual Property
The Kinto app, its name, logo, interface and code are the exclusive property of Nour Groupe. Any reproduction or commercial use without written authorization is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law:
- We are not liable for financial losses resulting from use of the app
- We do not guarantee continuous service availability (maintenance may occur)
- In guest mode, data loss following uninstallation is the user's responsibility
8. Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service with reasonable notice. Free plan features may evolve.
9. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated. You will be notified of significant changes via the app. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of French courts.
